Refund policy

If you wish to return an item purchased, please follow the steps below:  

How to Initiate a Return  

  •  Submit a Return Request  
    Initiate your return within 7 days of receiving your order through the My Orders section on your account and select Return Item.  

  • Schedule Pickup  
    Once your return request is approved, a pickup will be scheduled with one of our courier partners. 

  • Prepare the Item  
    Ensure the item is returned in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories, warranty cards, and tags.  

  • Hand Over the Package  
    Provide the securely packed item to the courier representative during the scheduled pickup. 

  • Inspection  
    Once received, our returns team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return conditions. 

  • Refund Processing  
    If approved, the refund will be processed accordingly.

Please note that the inspection and return processing may take several days. We appreciate your patience and will aim to process your return as quickly as possible.  

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.  

If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, please contact us with your order number and name via the Contact Us page, and our team will assist you further.  

 

Return Conditions  

 

(A) Returns  

 

  •  Exchanges are not available.  

  • Items must not be worn, used, altered, or damaged and must be returned in their original condition.  

  • All items must include original packaging, boxes, warranty cards, accessories, and security seals.  

  • Returns will not be accepted if the security seal is broken.  

  • Earrings are non-refundable and are not eligible for return.  

  • Returned items must match the original product purchased, including brand, model, and identifying details (such as serial numbers where applicable).  

  • Items that do not match the original purchase will not be eligible for refundand will be held for 14 days pending return shipping at the customer’s expense.  

  • Maison Luxe reserves the right to verify the authenticity and condition of all returned items before approving the return.  

 

(B) Refunds  

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, excluding delivery charges.  

  • If payment was made via Tabby or Tamara, refunds will be processed according to their respective terms and conditions.  

  • Refunds will only be issued after confirming that the returned item:  

  • Matches the item sold  

  • Is in its original condition  

  • Includes all packaging and accessories  

  • In cases of item mismatch or suspected fraud, Maison Luxe reserves the right to request additional verification or decline the refund.  

 

(C) Care & Use  

Customers must follow all care and usage instructions provided with the product or within the product manual where applicable.  

 

(D) Additional Terms & Conditions  

Additional terms and conditions related to promotions or special offers may apply and will be incorporated into this policy by reference. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts the applicable promotional terms and conditions
